Tree House Recovery NC, Inc. is fully licensed by the North Carolina
Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Service
Regulation, to operate our facility at 1118 North 4th Street, Wilmington,
NC 28401, in New Hanover County. Our license (No. MHL-065-271) authorizes us
to provide outpatient substance-use and mental health treatment services,
with an effective date of January 1, 2026 and valid through December 31, 2026.
Licensure means an independent state authority has verified that our program
meets North Carolina’s requirements for the safe, ethical delivery of mental
health and substance-use treatment — a standard we hold ourselves to every day.
Our Programs
We provide an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults struggling with substance use disorders. Our IOP is designed for those who need more structure and support than traditional therapy but who do not require residential care. For individuals who would benefit from a detox program or an inpatient program, we refer out to trusted partner centers. Teamwork, friendship, and camaraderie are essential ingredients in our programs because we know that the recovery journey is best taken with others.
We offer targeted programs for a variety of substance use disorders, including fentanyl addiction, heroin addiction, cocaine addiction, and alcohol addiction. This ensures that you will receive care that is specific to your needs. Choosing the right rehab center is an important decision. We would be honored to help you on your journey to recovery.
